Almonds

The almond (Prunus amygdalus, syn. Prunus dulcis) is a species of small tree from the genus Prunus, cultivated worldwide for its seed, a culinary nut. Along with the peach, it is classified in the subgenus Amygdalus, distinguished from the other subgenera by corrugations on the shell (endocarp) surrounding the seed.

Dragon Fruit

A large usually oval to oblong fruit of any of several erect, sprawling, or vining cacti (as of the genera Selenicereus, Hylocereus, or Sternocereus) that has leathery skin with prominent scaly spikes and juicy flesh: pitaya; especially: the fruit of a widely cultivated cactus (Hylocereus undatus) of Mexico and Central America that usually has bright pink or red skin and white or sometimes red, mildly sweet flesh with numerous tiny black seeds.

Jelly

A sweet, clear, semisolid spread or preserve made from fruit juice and sugar boiled to a thick consistency.

Marshmallow

Marshmallow is a confectionery made from sugar, water, and gelatin whipped to a solid-but-soft consistency. It is used as a filling in baking or molded into shapes and coated with corn starch. This sugar confection is inspired by a medicinal confection made from Althaea officinalis, the marsh-mallow plant.
